It was approved by consensus to approve the Minutes of the May 16, 2015 Executive Council meeting.The following votes were read into the Minutes:

Mail vote – June 18, 2015 re Hall of Fame recipients

AMA Executive Council Meeting Motions/Acclamations October 14-15, 2006 Muncie, Indiana Note: District XI VP Bruce Nelson was not in attendance for the Saturday and Sunday meetings.

• It was moved, seconded, and approved by acclamation to accept the minutes of the July 16, 2006, Executive Council meeting.

• It was moved, seconded, and approved by acclamation to negotiate a contract with the ED candidate selected; the voting confirmation will be done by an E-mail vote.

Motion I:  Motion by Randy Cameron (EVP), seconded by Phil Tallman (District XI), to approve the auditor’s report contingent on general counsel’s audit letter.

Motion passed: 12 yes (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, EVP) 1 absent (NAA).

Motion II: Motion by Jay Marsh (IV) seconded by Gary Himes (VI) to accept the revised World Championship Teams Blue Book as presented.

MOTION I: Motion by Greg Stone seconded by Eric Williams to donate (50) one-year youth memberships each year to Science Olympiad Programs to be administered by NFFS.

Motion II: Motion by Randy Gibson seconded by Mark Radcliff to accept the Warbirds and Classics Alliance’s application as a Special Interest Group. Motion III: Motion by Mark Radcliff seconded by Greg Stone to accept the scholarship recipient recommendations by the Scholarship Committee.

AMA Executive Council Meeting Motions April 1, 2000 Muncie, Indiana

Motion I: Moved by Randy Cameron (EVP), and seconded by Phil Tallman (District XI), to retain Keith Sessions for another three-year term as AMA CFO. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion II: Mark Radcliff (District III) moved, seconded by Randy Gibson (District VII), to confirm Tim Jesky as a member of the AMA Foundation Board. Motion passed unanimously.
