Bauer (VI) to separate into two requirements in the AMA Leader Club Award program, that a club must have been an AMA Chartered Club for a minimum of five years; and club membership is open to all AMA members and is not limited to a certain number (closed membership). MOTIONS EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING  JULY 20-21, 2013 Muncie, Indiana

It was moved, seconded and approved by acclamation to approve the Consent Agenda. Consent Agenda items: April 27-28, 2013 Executive Council meeting minutes; Mail/Conference calls re Award, Affinity Program, 6-18-13 AMS Discussion and 6-24-13 AMS Approval.

It was moved, seconded and approved by acclamation to increase the per diem rate to $46/day to come in line with IRS policy; effective 7-20-2013.

Motion I: Moved by Lawrence Tougas (X), seconded by Gary Himes (VI), to accept and approve the Hall of Fame Committee nominations for AMA Model Aviation Hall of Fame inductees for 2021 Motion passed unanimously.

Motion II: Moved by Eric Williams (II), seconded by Mark Radcliff (III) to accept the audit report presented by Brady Ware and Associates for the 2020 financial year. Motion passed unanimously.

AMA Executive Council Meeting Motions November 1, 2003 Muncie, Indiana

NOTE: District X VP Rich Hanson was not in attendance. The following motions were approved by acclamation:

• To accept the minutes of the July 12, 2003 Executive Council meeting. • To approve the sanction for the 2004 National Aero Modeling Championships as a “AAAAA” event; with Indoor to be held May 26-30, 2004 and Outdoor June 25-August 6, 2004. • To approve the bid for the United States (AMA) to host the 2007 F3C World Championships.
