AMA Executive Council Meeting Motions January 28-29, 2006 Muncie, Indiana Conference Call/Mail Votes The following conference call/mail votes were read into the minutes; NAA Rep. David Ivey and District V VP Tony Stillman did not participate. Moved and seconded to accept the Executive Director’s job description with the recommended changes. Motion passed unanimously. Moved and seconded to approve up to $25,000 for the recruitment and hiring of a new Executive Director.
