Consent Agenda:
Moved by J. Marsh (III) seconded by L. Harville (VIII) that Through due diligence the ED search committee has produced the results of that search and would like to move to accept Chad Budreau as the Executive Director of the AMA and a contract be negotiated to retain his services in said position. The voting results achieved the ¾ majority vote required by the AMA bylaws.
