EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING

August 3-4, 2019 — Muncie IN

Consent Agenda: Approve the April 24-28 Council minutes with corrections or amendments as submitted and to approve the hosting of the 2021 Pylon World Championships. Motion approved by acclamation.

1. Motion I: Randy Cameron to make a motion to accept the proposed Flying Site Grant date changes and allow the VP to review the submissions as presented by the AMA staff. Gary Himes seconded the motion.

   Motion passed unanimously.

2. Motion II: Motion made by Randy Cameron to accept the audit report as presented. Motion seconded by Eric Williams.

   Motion passed - 12 yes, 1 abstained.

3. Motion III: Motion Jim Tiller to approve AMA Model Aviation Hall of Fame recipients as presented. Motion seconded by Lawrence Harville.

   Motion passed unanimously.

4. Motion IV: Motion made by Jay Marsh to accept the recommendations of the Nominating Committee. Motion seconded by Jim Tiller.

   Motion passed - 10 yes, 3 abstained.

Requested a Distinguished Service award to Tom Hunt and the Award of Excellence to the Prince George Radio Control club. Motion passed by consensus.
