Motion by Greg Stone seconded by Brandon Koch to accept the 2025 Flying Site Improvement Grant selections as presented.

Motion II
Motion by Phil Tallman seconded by Eric Williams to increase TAG grant’s budget per district to 3 thousand dollars for 2025 and subsequent years.

Motion III
Motion by Randy Cameron seconded by Greg Stone to accept the 2025 scholarship award recipients as presented.
Motion passed: 12 yes, no, 1 absent
Motion IV
Motion by Phil Tallman seconded by Andrew Griffith to appoint Tyler Dobbs as the AMA Executive Director for a 3 year term effective Jan 1st, 2025 as recommended by the Executive Director Selection Committee.

Motion V
Greg Stone moved and Randy Cameron seconded a motion as follows:
All officers of the Academy of Model Aeronautics must have expressed authorization to expend and/or encumber AMA Corporate, Foundation, or any other AMA member funds.
AMA officer authorization to expend resides within the annual AMA operating budget and is limited to and restricted to the line-item accounts to which they have such expressed authority. Moreover, AMA officer expenditures are governed by the policy and procedures established in AMA’s EC Travel & Entertainment Policy. Unauthorized officer expenditures, expenditures that exceed budgetary limits, and/or violations of AMA’s EC Travel & Entertainment Policy are subject to censure by the AMA Executive Council and may result in the loss of expenditure privileges.
